Though the client had a sound business model, we were hired to work against several challenges the client faced due to their location.

The Challenge

They needed a digital presence to help market their physical location.  

  • They were in a spot with poor storefront visibility.
  • Because they were located in a busy city center promoting walkability, they had limited parking available, which inconvenienced their clientele. 
  • Though they brought a lot of value to their haircut experience, their price point was higher than the state average for the service.

The Solution 

We created a Google Search campaign targeting men who were searching for haircut-related keywords. The campaign focused on the value the client received for the service’s price point. 

  1. We highlighted all that is included with the haircut – a beer, hot towel, massage, etc. – and the boutique feel of the establishment. 
  2. We focused on appealing to men looking for something that was a step above the average haircut experience. 
  3. We created a dual target audience of locals and transients by targeting specific keywords and being located near an upscale boutique hotel. This was particularly successful with those seeking services to prepare for weddings.

Results

We created a high lifetime value on clicks because once people booked their first appointment, they likely became repeat customers.
