About Me

Kacie manages content development and SEO for our clients. Her experience in marketing, public relations, sales, and writing enable her to bring a unique mix of creativity and industry best practices to every project, including SEO, website and landing page copy, blog articles, and video creation.

Kacie was born and raised in Jacksonville. She holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Communications from Florida State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Kacie enjoyed a successful career in sales and marketing for many years in South Florida before returning home to Jacksonville in 2014. She ran into Ronnie, who she knew from childhood (typical Jacksonville!), at a local coffee shop and they quickly decided to start working together.

Kacie loves helping businesses tell their stories in an informative and engaging way. She is passionate about writing copy that will connect with the reader and inspire them to take action. She believes a company’s website should lay an important foundation of trust in the business-customer relationship.

When she’s not working with Soud Marketing, Kacie is spending time with her husband and son.
