This is a simple two-part formula that is guaranteed to grow your bottom line through digital marketing. What I find is that most people are doing one part, but not both parts simultaneously. Both parts are vital. So, what are they?

1. Quality Traffic

You need to be driving good, quality traffic to your site. This could come from SEO, ad campaigns, organic social media, etc. Quality traffic results from running campaigns that properly target the right individuals, nurture them, and drive them to your website.

2. Website Experience

50% of the success equation with digital marketing lies in the experience you are giving your users on your website. Here are a couple of action items:

  • Make sure your site renders properly on a mobile device.
  • You should have one page on your website for every product and service you sell.
  • On those product/service pages, make sure you describe your product or service efficiently, including your value proposition, how you’re different, how people can get started with you, and include a call-to-action.
  • Make your contact information easily visible on both desktop and mobile. Do not make people hunt for your phone number, email, or website forms. People will bail and not convert.
